Banyan Cay Dev LLC has rebranded the former President Country Club in West Palm Beach the Banyan Cay Resort & Golf Club. Bayan bought the 137 acre property at 3200 N. Congress Ave. for $26 million. The plans for this $280 million project call for the construction of 145 single family homes, a 200 room hotel and a 200 unit condominium tower. According to the developer, the 18 hole golf course will remain playable during construction. The development has already been approved by the city of West Palm beach.
