Jan Barbasiewicz and Krzysztof Kienorow will co-head Colliers International’s logistics division in Poland. Barbasiewicz, who’s been appointed the director of warehouse and logistic operations for the company’s Polish operations, has ten years experience in real estate as an advisor to local and foreign investors. He’s helped to launch 800,000 sqm of logistics centers in Poland, particularly in the e-commerce sector, as well as in manufacturing, IT and FMC. While focusing on the Poznań and Wrocław markets, he’s brokered 120,00 sqm leases this year.
Kienorow will be taking over as associate director at Colliers International. He has closed more than 20 leases this year, totaling more than 70,000 sqm of space, with tenants like Eurocash, Johnson Electric and DPD. He specializes in the automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and retail sectors.
