Barry Finkelman has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director. He will be based in Manhattan. Finkelman has almost 15 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation, from single-occupancy transactions to multimarket portfolios. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Finkelman served as senior vice president in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
