Cresa has hired Barry Lewen as a principal in the firm’s New York office. Lewen has specialized in tenant representation assignments, commercial property leasing and strategic opportunity development for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Cresa, Lewen served as executive managing director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. He has held senior positions for a number of brokerage firms including Grubb & Ellis, JLL, Edward S. Gordon Company and Helmsley Spear, Inc.
