Barsan Global Logistics has leased 8,000 sqm of warehouse space at Goodman Łódź Logistics Centre in Pabianice. Colliers International brokered the transaction. The facility offers more than 26,000 sqm of space, which can be adjusted for warehousing, distribution and light production. “We are pleased to welcome Barsan as our customer in Pabianice. Central Poland is currently one of the most attractive warehouse markets in the country. This is possible thanks to the region’s favorable location at the junction of two motorways and the growing network of highways locally. Our logistics center is located in direct vicinity of the S14 highway,” said Maciej Madejak, head of business development in Poland at Goodman.
