Bart Drummond has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as executive managing director for the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. In his new role, Drummond will focus exclusively on tenant representation throughout the Washington metropolitan area. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Drummond previously served as executive director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. Drummond also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University and a Master of Science in real estate from Johns Hopkins University.
