Bartosz Kalinowski has been named new managing director for residential development at Skanska Poland. Prior his appointment, Kalinowski was a regional director for the company’s northern division. He helped oversee the developer’s Green Horizon project in Łódź, Green Towers and Dominikański in Wrocław and Silesia Business Park in Katowice. He graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology.
Skanska Residential Development started operating on the Polish market three years ago. The company is currently developing Park Ostrobramska in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district.
