Batagon International AG has taken over Pavlovic International Bank in Bosnia. The €3.5m recapitalization of the bank should have been completed in early December but was extended twice. The transaction was approved by the RS Banking Agency. The bank’s majority shareholders were Slobodan Pavlovic and his company Slobomir. Batagon International recently bought Hotel Bistrica, which is located on the Jahorina mountain. The property is scheduled to undergo a renovation in April.
