BATM Advanced Communications, an Israeli technology firm, is buying all of the share capital of Green Lab Hungary Engineering, which develops and distributes analytical instruments. BATM will pay $3.8m in installments over three years, according to market sources. BATM is planning to strengthen its position on the local market and develop product networks at its ECO unit.
