Bau Invest razed an old industrial area in Prague’s Holešovice neighborhood at the corner of Komunardů and Tusarova streets. The developer plans to build a residential project on the plot that will offer 140 apartments with retail and services on the ground floor. However no permits have been secured yet, and according to the Prague 7 spokesperson Martin Vokuš, the planning process has just started. The project will comprise three buildings, ranging from 9 to 11 stories above ground, with parking garages over three underground floors. The Bau Invest CEO Viktor Vlček says that construction will take 20 months once it’s started.
