Changes are afoot at Polkomtel’s management board, following Polish businessman Zygmunt Solorz-Å»ak’s taking charge of the communication company. JarosÅaw Bauc stepped down as a board member following the arrival of the new owners. âConsidering the obligation has been fulfilled, JarosÅaw Bauc has resigned,â operator have announced. The new owner will fill the position in a decision sanctioned by Polkomtelâs Supervisory Borad.
