Changes are afoot at Polkomtel’s management board, following Polish businessman Zygmunt Solorz-Żak’s taking charge of the communication company. Jarosław Bauc stepped down as a board member following the arrival of the new owners. “Considering the obligation has been fulfilled, Jarosław Bauc has resigned,” operator have announced. The new owner will fill the position in a decision sanctioned by Polkomtel’s Supervisory Borad.
