Bay Microsystems has renewed 13,525 sqf at 20251 Century Boulevard in Germantown, MD. The data solutions company will continue to occupy space in the four-story, 106,000 sqf building located at 270 Corporate Center office park. According to Cresa Washington D.C., managing principal Mindy Saffer, who represented Bay Microsystems in the transaction, the renewal terms resulted in reduced real estate costs for the client approximately one year prior to lease expiration. It will also benefit from an improvement allowance from the landlord to make necessary upgrades. The landlord, Matan, Inc., was represented in-house by James Matan.
