BayBerry Apartment in West Palm Beach sell for $21m

Nxrtbh Bayberry has bought the BayBerry Apartments in West Palm Beach for $21 million (or $94,595 per unit). Nxrtbh is an affiliate of Des Moines-based BH Equities and Dallas-based Highland Capital management. The 222 unit complex is located at 4970 Haverhill Commons Cr. and offers total 188,117 square feet. Currently 97 percent leased, the asset was built in 1987 and last traded for $11.75 million. The deal was financed by a $12.66 million mortgage provided by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler and backed by Freddie Mac.
