Bayer plans to open a new finance and accounting center in Gdańsk.The pharmaceutical giant signed a lease on 2,500 sqm of offices at Olivia Business Centre, which is still under construction. Bayer will move into the complex in several stages, starting at the end of the month. It will be taking space in the complex’s Olivia Gate building and Olivia Tower, which should be completed in 2014. The scheme is a three-building office complex, which includes a total area of 120,000 sqm. Olivia Gate, the first building completed, added 18,000 sqm of new space to the local office market.
