Bayshore Capital starts Daytona Beach Hard Rock scheme

31 August 2015

Toronto-based Bayshore Capital has started demolition work on a 10 acre oceanfront site for a Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe in Daytona Beach. The new project will include a 250 room Hard Rock Hotel with a 250 seat restaurant along with 99 residential condominium and penthouse units bearing the Hard Rock brand. The Volusia County Council voted in May to approve the $150 million development. Peck & Associates Construction Inc., has been chosen as the general contractor of the project.
