Baystone Development has secured $50 million in construction financing for a multi-housing project Beach House. Located at 540 Revere Beach Boulevard in Revere, MA., the 234 unit property will rest on a 2.20 acre site, directly across from Revere Beach. It will offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and of Boston’s skyline. Amenities will feature a resort-style heated outdoor pool, roof deck with views of the Boston skyline, professional-quality fitness center, resident club area with full kitchen and an entertainment package featuring a theater room. CBRE/New England’s John Kelly, Kyle Juszczyszyn, Chris Coutts and Lenny Pierce arranged the construction loan on behalf of Baystone with First Niagara Bank’s.
