Baywobau together with two private investors plan to redevelop the former Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) headquarters on Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse into a residential and commercial neighborhood. Construction is expected to break ground this year. Office units, ranging from 150 sqm to 5,000 sqm, will be remodeled and redeveloped. Cima will serve as the property’s asset manager. The investment will be renamed Wünschmann Haus after the architect Georg Wünschmann.
