BBI Development are heading to Cannes this week with their new project planned for Warsaw’s Marszałkowska street called Nowy Sezam. The project is getting closer to a construction start, as the investor has already obtained a zoning decision from the state company Warsaw Metro (Metro Warszawskie) for the project. BBI Development says, it will apply for the building permit shortly. The project will be the first commercial scheme with direct access to the subway Świętokrzyska platform.
Nowy Sezam is a joint venture between BBI Development and WSS Społem, that’s set to build Nowy Sezam on 2,920 sqm plot, located on Marszałkowska street. The ten-storey project will offer 13,500 sqm of both office and retail space.
