BBX Capital RE and Label & Co. partner on Chapel Grove resi scheme

BBX Capital Real Estate and its partner Label & Co. have secured a $12.5 million construction loan for a townhouse community in Pembroke Pines. The 11 acre project, Chapel Grove, will have 125 units ranging in price from the mid-$300,000s to the low $400,000s. Located at Northwest Second Street between Northwest 209th and 210th avenues, the duo paid Chapel Trail Associates $6.8 million for the site. The community will feature five home models with one and two car garages, a resort-style pool and fitness center, basketball half-court and playground. Financing was provided by TD Bank.
