Banca Comerciala Romana has relocated its headquarters to Business Garden Bucharest. The property was developed by Vastint, the real estate division of Ikea. Business Garden Bucharest is pre-certified LEED Platinum and includes almost 43,000 sqm of leasable space in three class A office buildings, with public and commercial services available on the ground floor.
Bucharest Financial Plaza, BCR’s old headquarters, is being sold. Sale negotiations started last year but the transaction has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
