With 90 percent of employees working from home, BCR is working on a project that takes into account the increased demand for telework and flexible office space in two Bucharest office buildings. After its completion, BCR will be able to estimate the company’s needs in terms of office space.
“In the fourth quarter of 2020 we started a project that will take into account the growing demand for remote work, more flexible work slots and time in relation to the personal situation of our employees, always aligned with job profiles and company requirements,” said the BCR representatives.
The bank rented office space with a cumulative area of 32,000 sqm at The Bridge office building, owned by brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl and the Bucharest Business Garden building, owned by Vastint, both in the Orhideea area.
