The businessman Dumitru Ghişe bought from BCR the Zara store building in Sibiu.
The price was almost €2.5m, reports Ziarul Financiar. BCR had the 1,500 sqm historical building in its portolio for many years. Last autumn, it leased the building to to the fashion retailer Zara, and this spring sold it to Ghişe.
He also owns two hotels affiliated with the Golden Tulip chain, in Sibiu and Cluj. The deal was brokered by DTZ, which also assisted in the leasing of the building to Zara.
