The Covid pandemic hasn’t slowed the sales process of Bucharest Financial Plaza. According to the property’s owner, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), “the process is being carried out according to the necessary stages.” The sale is almost completed. The bank and the future new owner are expected to announce the close in December. According to market sources, the buyers are of German origin. The building has an area of 26,300 sqm of leasable space and was valued at more than €45m. BCR put Bucharest Financial Plaza on the market in August 2019. The bank had been headquartered at the building and relocated its employees and tenants at the beginning of this year.
