Becton Dickinson has expanded its space at Wroclaw Business Garden to 1,800 sqm and renewed and expanded its lease at Warsaw Poleczki Business Park, where it now occupies 1,200 sqm. Poleczki Business Park Berlin is the second phase of the entire complex, which includes two four-floor buildings, offering a total of 21,000 sqm of leasable office space. The buildings in the second phase have been pre-certified at the LEED Gold level. Business Garden Wroclaw features three buildings with a total office space of 36,600 sqm.
