Beiersdorf to build new HQ in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel

Skin care product manufacturer Beiersdorf is set to build new headquarters and expand its research center in Hamburg’s Eimsbüttel district. The company is planning to invest €230m into the project, which will go up on Troplowitzstrasse. Completion is scheduled for 2021. The new headquarters will offer a total area of about 100,000 sqm with nearly 3,000 work stations. An additional office building as well as a research facility and a two-level underground parking garage will also be built on the site. The new headquarters were designed by Hadi Teherani, while Brechensbauer Weinhart Achitekten designed the research center expansion.
