Belize Development is poised to complete 178 apartments in 11 housing blocks this year in Cernica, near Bucharest. Two of the blocks are scheduled for completion this spring, while the remaining nine will be delivered in December. Apartments will range from 57 sqm to 130 sqm. The project, called Belize Residence, is owned by Evangelos Poulios, co-owner of the fashion retailer BSB. Belize Development has more than 230 apartments in its Bucharest, including in the city’s Floreasca, Petricani Mihai Bravu and Pantelimon districts.
