Greensboro, N.C.-based Bell Partners Inc. has acquired the Integra Village at Lake Forest apartment complex in the Orlando sub-market of Sanford for $33.5 million. Located north of downtown Orlando at 130 Integra Village Trail, the 209-unit community traded for a little under $160,290 per unit. The property was sold and developed by Integra Land Co. and Panther Properties Investment, with work finishing up earlier this year. With this purchase, Bell Partners now owns three apartments in the Central Florida area. The community, now renamed Bell Lake Forest, will be managed by Bell Partners.
“The acquisition of Bell Lake Forest is on target with our investment strategy of acquiring high quality properties in unique locations that have access to employment centers, retail amenities and transportation arterials,” said Joseph Cannon, senior vice president of investments, Bell Partners, said in a prepared statement.
