Bellemonde, a new, exclusive residential complex, is opening in the Capital’s northern outskirts.
More than EUR 40 million has been invested in the 164 units, which include houses and apartments.
BELLEMONDE, located in Pipera and developed on over 41,000 sqm of land owned by METAV S.A., will provide a complete living experience thanks to generous common spaces and a small number of homes within the development. There will be 93 villas and 71 apartments, with no more than two floors.
