International real estate advisor Savills appointed Ben Maudling as head of its operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The step is in line with the company’s expansion plans for the CEE region, where it already has a presence in Poland. In Prague, Maudling will establish departments covering capital markets, leasing, valuation, building and project consultancy and asset and property management. He joins Savills after four years as managing director of Arcona Capital. Previously, he headed investment activities at Invesco Real Estate.
