Benedict Canyon Equities paid $28.8m for a 206-unit apartment tower in Worcester, Massachusetts. The 24-story SkyMark Tower was built in 1991. The mixed-use building houses 1,800 sq ft of office space, a fitness and business center, a clubhouse, 24 laundry facilities and 260 parking spaces. The seller, VTT Management, purchased the building for $14.5m in 2003. At the time of the sale, SkyMark was 95 percent leased.
