Ghelamco secured Benefit Systems as a new tenant for Warsaw Spire, underway in the capital’s Wola district. The company will be taking four floors in the project’s C building and will relocate in the first half of 2016. Nuvalu represented Benefit Systems in the lease deal. The transaction is the third lease agreement signed by Ghelamco since the project kicked off. The developer also secured leases with EU Frontex and BNP Securities Services. While Frontex is already operating in the project’s B building, which is currently 90 percent leased, BNP Paribas will open its new office in the second half of the year.
Warsaw Spire will offer a total of 100,000 sqm of commercial space in a 220 meter office tower and two 55 meter office buildings. The project’s C phase is set for completion in the third quarter of 2015, while the office tower is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2016. The project has already secured a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
