The Northeast Region office of Duke Realty Corporation has hired Benjamin B. Rosen as Vice President of Leasing and Development for New Jersey. Rosen, an eight-year commercial real estate veteran, will oversee the company’s 2.5-million sqf New Jersey industrial portfolio which is expected to grow through new development and investment. Rosen comes to Duke Realty after managing commercial real estate investment and leasing transactions for KTR Capital Partners and Woodmont Industrial Partners. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Rosen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.
