Benson Elliot acquires assets in key Polish regional markets

28 November 2017

UK private equity real estate fund manager Benson Elliot has purchased four grade A office buildings in key Polish regional markets. The properties, secured in separate off-market transactions with four different vendors, were acquired for the pan-European fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners IV L.P. The properties include Opera in Gdańsk, Vinci in Kraków, Forum 76 in Łódź, Okraglak and Kwadraciak in Poznań. Benson Elliot was advised by Greenberg Traurig, Hogan Lovells and JLL, while financing was provided by Bank Zachodni WBK and mBank Hipoteczny. The deals follow the fund’s acquisition of the 350-room Warsaw Sheraton Hotel in October 2015.
