Benson Elliot, in partnership with Klingsöhr Projektentwicklung and Rockstone Real Estate, acquired two office buildings in central Berlin from Berliner Volksbank eG for €100m. The deal is a sale-and-leaseback transaction, which also includes future renovation costs for the two buildings. The properties are located on Budapester Strasse and Kurfürstenstrasse.
