Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners IV has acquired the Chmielna 134 office building in Warsaw’s city center from UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaf. Dentons and Reesco advised the buyer. Syrena Real Estate is to act as the company’s local operating partner. The property offers 14,100 sqm of space. Built in 1995, Chmielna 134 will soon undergo a modernization, which will include upgrades to the existing space and the creation of a co-working area. Following the acquisition, Benson Elliot’s Polish office holdings amount to €200m. The company also recently acquired the Diamentum office building in Wrocław.
