Beos has acquired an industrial park located in Elsenstrasse in Berlin for its “Beos Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany II” Spezialfonds. The park includes 41,000 sqm (16,800 sqm of which is made up of office space) in a total of six buildings, which are fully-leased. The remainder of the space is taken by warehousing tenants. The main tenant of the property is Siemens, which sold the premises in a sale-and-lease-back deal in which it took a long-term lease on five of the buildings. JLL advised the vendor for the sale.
