BEOS, the Berlin-based project developer and asset manager, is expanding and renovating the former Rotring property in Hamburg’s Bahrenfeld district into a new ROTRI commercial park. The property, which currently offers approximately 13,000 sqm of leasable space, will be expanded to offer 15,500 sqm of space. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2018. BEOS acquired the 34,500 sqm plot in 2014. “With the development of the ROTRI commercial park, BEOS demonstrates the opportunities and possibilities for the renovation of former production areas,” said Katja Freese, branch manager at BEOS.
