Berenblum Busch Architecture designing new Seaboard Marine offices

3 March 2016

Seaboard Marine has selected Berenblum Busch Architecture to design its new building at the Port of Miami. The 16,600 square-foot project will feature offices, parking for up to 200 vehicles, maintenance warehouse for trucks, management offices at the port, and parts storage facility. BBA was awarded this project based on its extensive experience handling a wide variety of transportation projects at the Port of Miami and the design of the new Cruise Terminal in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. The project is slated for completion in 2016.

“This is a truly needed project at the Port of Miami with several distinct components that together will create a state-of-the-art facility for Seaboard Marine,” said Gustavo Berenblum, principal of BBA. “Our previous expertise working on many projects in the transportation sector has provided us with the knowledge and skill set required to design such a facility.”
