This third phase office project is located in Vasile Milea Boulevard, Bucharest, and is connected to the AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping centre. It was unveiled in January 2015 and is spread over 10 aboveground floors, with a total GLA of 12,400 spm. Due to its location and the technical specifications it bolsters, the project has been 100 percent leased before it was officially opened to tenants, some of whom include Endava Romania and BPO Telus International.
AFI Park 3 is in the running for the prize Best of the Best Office Development of the Year and the winner of the category will be announced at the first CIJ Euro Awards, which will be held in Prague’s Slovanský Dům on the 22nd Sept. As a treat the winner of the category will be placed onto the newly created Hall of Fame for others to aspire to in the future. We wish AFI Europe the very best of luck!
