The 12th annual CIJ Awards Poland were held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Warsaw on Oct. 30 by CIJ, Central and Eastern Europe’s leading real estate magazine. The CIJ Awards are aimed at developers, their projects and their service providers in the commercial and residential real estate sector. On the basis of online voting by select CIJ readers and a panel of independent judges, Wilno–Dom Development S.A. was named Residential Affordable Development of the Year.
The sales and construction of Wilno estate started in October 2010. The multi-phase residential development involves construction of a contemporary small town, built on an intimate scale, that will open up new perspectives for those seeking an unusual location with a unique atmosphere. The current zoning plan calls for construction of over 5,000 flats in this area, but over the next few years, Dom Development will build about 2,000 flats here. A total of 233 apartments are currently under construction on the estate, with 463 having already been completed.
The Wilno estate is an exceptional, low-rise development, with 3-storey modern buildings featuring flats with convenient, practical layouts. A parking garage will be built beneath the project, with direct access by lift to the residential floors.
