BevGroup, an importer and exclusive distributor of global beer brands across Poland, signed a lease on 3,100 sqm at the Hillwood Marki logistics park. The tenant was advised by Savills. The company will begin operations at its new space in the first quarter of 2018. Hillwood Marki is located northeast of Warsaw, close to the S8 expressway and the City of Marki’s new ring road, providing easy access to Wrocław and Białystok. Once fully built out, it will offer a total of 88,200 sqm spread across three buildings, two of which are currently under construction and will offer 38,500 sqm and 29,000 sqm, respectively. The owner and developer of the logistics park is Hillwood.
