Real estate server Bezrealitky.cz bought a half stake in real estate company Maxima Reality. The director of Bezrealitky.cz Hendrik Meyer will be the executive at Maxima Reality, its owner Vladimír Zuzák will remain the director. The companies informed about it today at an online conference. Neither party disclosed the price of the transaction.
Maxima Reality is a Czech real estate agency that provides services in the sale and lease of real estate. It has been operating on the market for 23 years. Since 2019, it has been owned by Vladimír Zuzák, before which it belonged to the Finep holding. Previously, she specialized mainly in Prague and Central Bohemia. Last year, it announced that it wanted to enter all regions.
