Bank für Sozialwirtschaft (BFS) has pre-leased a new, 8,000 sqm office building on Cologne’s Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer. The lease agreement for the building, which is located close to its current headquarters, was signed for 15 years. The new building will house 250 employees and is expected to open in January 2017. Construction work on the 4,350 sqm site on the bank of the Rhine is scheduled to start in January 2015. The value of the investment is €37m.
