Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) and Vinci Spółka Akcyjna established a subsidiary under the name of Vinci Spółka Akcyjna HiTech Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna spółka komandytowo-akcyjna, the bank said.
“The subject of HiTech’s activity is to support enterprises at various levels of development implementing investment projects in which HiTech will make investments in accordance with the investment policy and investment strategy,” according to BGK
The share capital of HiTech is PLN 4,000,000.
BGK is a state development bank that initiates and implements programs aimed at economic growth in Poland, cooperating with all development institutions, such as PFR, KUKE, PAIH, PARP and ARP. By implementing strategic development projects, BGK finances, inter alia, the largest infrastructure investments, increases Poles’ access to housing and stimulates entrepreneurship of Polish companies in the country and abroad. He is an investor in funds whose assets are managed by the Polish Development Fund. In 2018, it began its expansion by opening foreign offices that operate in Brussels, Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam. BGK has unique experience in financing, investing, granting sureties and guarantees, and distributing EU funds.
