Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego is financing Griffin in its efforts to revitalize an old building called Hala Koszyki in Warsaw. The investment is the first project in the Mazovian region to be co-financed by state’s JESSICA initiative, which will contribute PLN 330m. The general contractor is the Polish builder Erbud, which is expected to deliver the office and retail scheme in the first half of 2016. “Once again, we’re cooperating with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, who we see as reliable partner,” says Przemysław Krych, CEO of Griffin Group.
