As a part of its ongoing consolidation process, BGŻ BNP Paribas signed a lease on 1,300 sqm of space at Warsaw’s Spektrum Tower. This marks another deal in a series of lease transactions signed by the tenant after the local BGŻ bank merged with the French lender BNP Paribas. “Following the merger, our goal is to concentrate all our subsidies in one place,” said Jarosław Frączek, head of real estate and administration division at BGŻ BNP Paribas.
Located on Twarda street in the very heart of Warsaw, Spektrum Tower has recently been repositioned on the market by Europa Capital. The investment resulted in a series of lease agreements from office, retail and leisure tenants. The Europa Capital took over the project from the telecommunication company TP. SA, an exclusive tenant in the building. The building offers 28,000 sqm of space together with 314 parking places.
