A tender for the second phase of Sofia Tech Park, which will include a science and technology park, is underway, with bids due Friday. The constructor will oversee all aspects of the project’s technical design.
Sofia Tech Park, Bulgaria’s first science and technology park, was opened earlier this year. The €38m project was partially funded by the EU. It includes 11 laboratories for information and communications technology (ICT), biotechnology and green energy.
