Big box vacancy drops in Pilsen

16 October 2012

In one of the biggest deals of the third quarter, MD Elektronik signed a lease on 7,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Borská Pole in Pilsen. Demand from the automobile parts sector has helped revive Pilsen’s industrial property market, as the city’s vacancy rate drop from 32 percent to just 6.5 percent over the last three years. DTZ brokered this most recent CTPark lease. “We needed to expand production in our area in Chotěšov. The new space in CTPark Pilsen will be thus used for storage,” said MD Elektronik spokesperson Jiří Batko.
