Big CEE is poised to break ground on a 180,866 sqm mixed-use complex in Belgrade in 2019. The project, part of the Israeli investor’s BIG Fashion Center concept, will include retail, office and residential components on 5 ha. There will also be 1,836 parking spots. This is the company’s third scheme in Belgrade. It will go up 15 phases. Big CEE started operating in Serbia in 2007. It also has retail centers in Israel and the US.
