Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, supervised by Logicenters, signed lease agreements for almost 15,000 sqm, constituting approx. 25% of the offered ready warehouse space. Virtually all of the facilities are fully leased. In order to expand the portfolio with new facilities, a new hall is currently under construction within the BIK Park Wrocław logistics park, which will provide 22.500 sqm of modern commercial space. Its commissioning is planned for the third quarter of this year.
In the field of new contracts, extensions and renewals, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych signed last 2021 lease agreements covering as much as 25% of the finished space. As a result, all facilities currently offering nearly 60,000 sqm of commercial space are almost entirely commercialized.
“We assess the size of the space leased last year very positively. This result also confirms that our offer is very well received by tenants. That is why we are currently investing in the expansion of the BIK Park Wrocław logistics park. A new warehouse will be built in this center with a leasable area of 22.5 thousand square meters. We plan to complete the construction and put it into use in the third quarter of 2022. We still have available space. The investment is located in an ideal location in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (Kąty Wrocławskie commune), in the vicinity of the A4 motorway exit – Pietrzykowice junction,” emphasized Krzysztof Mucha Business Development Manager from Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.
The BIK Park Wrocław investment will offer a high standard. The structure of the hall will be adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic installation. As in the first stage, innovative solutions will be applied to increase the safety of use and to protect the natural environment. The facility will consist of modules, the size of which can be flexibly adapted to the needs of tenants.
